Eligible new and unused items may be returned for non-defective reasons such as a change of mind or a mistaken selection. We also review items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from their description. Exchange requests are accepted when approved and stock is available.
Submit the request within 30 days after delivery. Contact us first for approval and the correct return address before mailing anything. A free prepaid return label is included in the package; if it is missing, contact us for assistance. We do not charge a restocking fee.
After approval, we process or initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
Begin any return or exchange by emailing kixekitagot37@gmail.com. An office mailing address is not automatically the returns warehouse; use only the approved return instructions we provide.
These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Canadian consumer law.
